Great product at a great price
Great product at a great price. It is super helpful to be able to get good quality vitamins and not have to pay through the nose.
The order arrived incomplete
The order arrived incomplete; two bottles of Nutrex Liquid L-Carnitine were missing—they were billed but not delivered. In my previous order, I bought a "buy-one-get-one-free" promotion for the same product, but only one bottle arrived. I am very disappointed and want a refund for the two L-Carnitine bottles from this order, totaling $19.99.

This was my second order
This was my second order. Very pleased. The first order took nine days and I paid extra $10 shipping(2-5), this one I did not pay extra and it came in 4 days. If this was an intentional correction, Thanks.

This was my first experience ordering…
This was my first experience ordering through Muscle & Strength. My order had a shipping label created, then never moved. After that, I got great help from a customer rep to get another order on the move. I finally saw my package moving 11 days after I placed the original order. I'm happy to say it "only" took 12 days for it to show up. I am pleased to see everything showed up and was undamaged. I'm on the fence if I would even bother with a second order.

Hi Addison! That is very fair, and I'm sorry for the rocky start. It does look like there was a mix-up with your physical address vs. your PO Box and USPS. Either way, we should have been more on top of things on our end. We really appreciate the business, and I'll be here if you ever need anything else!
Delivery was awesome
Delivery was awesome, For my BOGO BCAAS i selected "Pineapple" for both purchase and free item and recieved "Blue raspberry"...otherwise experience would have been 5 stars.

Slow shipping
Price was decent given the current market, but using usps took a week and it only had to go 1 state to the next. I have gotten used to Amazon delivery I guess
