After I had placed an order I decided to change the item I called and spoke with Denny and he was more than accommodating was helping with change but I had ordered he was pleasant and all the communications that I have ever had with music box attic have been positive I would definitely use them again in the future
My experience with the folks at the Canoga Park Music Box Attic was terrific! I only wish that all companies provided the kind of service that I received there from Jordan, who lovingly and successfully repaired a music box toy that my daughter had when she was an infant. I am beyond thrilled with the service I received, and I am most grateful.
Everyone I spoke with was so helpful. I love all of your music boxes, but I choose two that are a glope. One has arrived and it is beautiful. I can't wait for the second one. Have a great day and thank you
The Cinderella Coach is so beautiful...a magical gift from Disney.

Beautiful christening gift for my grandnephew! Can’t wait to give them this music box at church on Saturday!
I loved being able to customise my music box Postage was excellent My granddaughter loves her music box I'm going to order another for my daughter and her husband as well
I made an order using 20% discount code and somehow checked it with a different 10% code. I contacted them, and they refunded me the difference immediately, no questions asked. I appreciate this kind of rare customer service. Many, if not most, companies would be giving me the runaround if they even respond to my issue. Great customer service! Highly recommend!
Very easy steps to ordering the music box.
Wonderful customer services. Boris and Denny are terrific! Efficient and knowledgeable. I can't wait to give the box to our granddaughter!
Great product. Very quick response
Stunningly beautiful jewelry and music box! Everything as planned. A great hierloom piece!
I ordered a beautiful music box to hold my precious cat's remains. The box arrived quickly but the shipper damaged it. I contacted Music Box Attic and provided pictures of the damage. Their customer service responded immediately to make it right. Unfortunately the original box was out of stock but they provided 3 alternative replacements I could choose. I chose a beautiful replacement, received it quickly, and a return label was included for the damaged box. I will definitely purchase from Music Box Attic again. The quality of the box is exceptional and their customer service goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!!
This little piece will be a birthday gift for my mother. She loves music boxes. I saw this music egg and it just wowed me. Received it today 06-25-26 and of course wanted to check it out first. It is such a beautiful piece. The details of it is amazing. The melody plays great. I love this piece! I do believe my mother will as well when I give it to her.
I have not received my music box. Tracking information stops on June 18, 2026. It is now June 23, 2026.
The music doesn't stop when you close the box. It just make a terrible noise and keeps playing
The music box came right on time and was everything I hoped it would be. My granddaughter's dance recital was her first. The ballerina music box was the perfect gift and she loves it. Thank you. It truly was a very special gift.
I ordered one of their music boxes hoping to give it to my wife on our wedding day as a gift to play our wedding song. At the time of ordering they were sold out, but after contacting one of the team members they worked super hard to expedite a new batch that included our wedding song and made sure it was delivered with plenty of time before the big day. It looked and sounded beautiful and my wife could not of been more happy.
