Very bad company to deal with. Placed order with them and never received my item .When click on usps tracking number it says shipping label was canceled but my card was changed. Send about 7 emails and no response

I must give my signature upon delivery?!
You have a great selection. But I am 70 and gave you all the info you needed to be sure I am. But you still require a signature upon delivery. I am not always able to hear the doorbell. Why are you making this great experience a mediocre one?

This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a company online. I ordered a product. Paid for the product and did not receive the product. It's actual theft. I attempted to call, message and email the company only to be ignored. No refund. No product.
