Always arrives quick. Last order i did have 2 vapes that didn't work but I did put the tanks into another device so nothing lost in the end.

My order still hasnt shipped, it has been a full week. The label has been created, has been sitting going nowhere since three days ago. Honestly this is disappointing.

Jeff was awesome! He was very understanding and accommodating. The discount code I was trying to use wasn't working, so he told me to just order what I needed and he would apply it on the back end. I order from many different companies and most of them are like, "Ah, well...", or "Let us look into it", etc... Jeff was just straight-up - "We'll take care of it!" That is VERY good customer service and it tells me that your company cares about your customers. I really like you guys. Thank you, Jeff!
