Hello, I ordered an adapter for my laptop on this site.

The product must be delivered within 15 days. Product delivered within 20 days. And the store did not fully pay for the delivery. I ordered and paid for a laptop battery on 30 December 2023, So since it was around the new year I decided to wait to receive a mail that my order had been shipped and to receive my tracking number, but since then it has been over a week. But they did answer after a while and provided an explanation for the delay so I guess It is ok.
