ZERO INTERGRITY company
This is a company with ZERO INTERGRITY. I brought a laptop last year together with one year of Norton anti virus. Then I sold it and forgot about It. The following year I was charged automatically by them without my knowledge, without my approval because they have my card details. And they didn't even notify me at all. I totally forgot about it, when I found out try to contact them but they were in UNREACHABLE. So I use the chat, the person saying he don't worry I'm within the 2 months period, so I'm allowed to be refund BUT HE CANNOT DO IT FOR ME HE HAVE TO ASK HIS SUPERVISOR TO CALL ME. So I gave my contact details. AND GUESS WHAT, MANY DAY LATER, I DIDNT RECEIVED ANY CALL INSTEAD I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THEY TRY TO CALL ME BUT COUND REACH ME. AND IF I DONT DO ANYTHING THEY WILL JUST IGNORE IT. I EMAIL BACK IMMEDIATELY EXPLAINING THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALLS, BUT THEIR INBOX IS FULL. AND SEVERAL DAYS LATER EXACTLY SAME THING HAPPEN. GOT AM EMAIL CLAIM THAT THEY CALLED, I REPLY BUT EMAIL CANNOT WENT THROUGH. Now I try again at their website for the refund it's says Im not applicable for refund. I guess the 60 days has passed by. Good job delaying it Norton. I wonder how much money they have earn from these kind of same scenarios..... Btw it's not 1 star rating. It's.only because a negative remark is not available
Even though I am not very good with my iPad I know that Norton is in the background and if possible there to help.
