Bait and Switch on a $3000+ hat order

Then got an email the next day saying that it wasn't coming from their warehouse, but the manufacturer and would cost an additional $135 to ship from there. They could not tell me where the hats were manufactured, and when I pushed back saying that it was a bit of a bait and switch, they simply said I could cancel my order.
