“Be aware: once they have your money, you’re on your own.” I purchased three new TPMS sensors from another company—two to replace the faulty ones I received from OBD Price, which they refused to honor or replace. All three of the new sensors worked exactly as they should. Once again, this confirms that OBD Price is an unreliable and unethical company to do business with.

I purchased the Autel MaxiCOM MK900BT after confirming by email that it would work in Brazil, with the understanding that some brand-specific software might need to be purchased separately. After receiving the device, it was tested on multiple Brazilian vehicles, and it does not support these vehicles at all. Unsure if it is a technical issue or it just does not support at all. This limitation was not disclosed prior to purchase, and obviously, had it been made clear, I would not have proceeded. Since requesting a refund, I have experienced significant delays and repeated attempts to redirect me to technical support or additional purchases, rather than resolving the issue. This situation was caused by incorrect or incomplete pre-sale information, not a change of mind. I am still waiting for a proper and timely refund. I'm now lodging a complaint with ACCC and Consumer Affairs. I would not recommend this seller based on misleading information and poor post-sale support.
