I don’t appreciate paying good money…
I don’t appreciate paying good money for broken merchandise! That last purchase will be my last purchase , for reasons well known and documented!

Hi,
We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your experience.
After reviewing your case, we'd like to clarify that our team has responded to your emails and has been assisting you throughout the process. Although Shipping Insurance was not added to this order, we still helped you initiate a claim with UPS in an effort to assist you beyond what was covered by your order.
Additionally, your order was for a tester without a cap. However, we shipped you a tester with a cap, which is a higher-value item than the one originally purchased.
Our Shipping Insurance is specifically offered to provide customers with protection against shipping-related issues, such as damage or loss during transit. As one of our valued repeat customers with 29 orders, we believe you're familiar with this optional coverage and the benefits it provides.
Since Shipping Insurance was not purchased with this order, issuing a full refund for damage in transit would have been against our shipping policy. Even so, we made every effort to assist you by helping initiate the carrier claim so that the matter could be resolved through UPS.
We appreciate your continued business over the years and regret that this experience did not meet your expectations.
Like always the best prices, no complaints at all, but the only thing I don't like is they don't have biweekly paynents like others, that's why I don't purshqse as much as I want
