Disappointed
Ordered 2 meals to go in lobby. Several people came in with kids in which kids acted like they were at a playground instead of a restaurant. No discipline at all...What in the world has happened.....ridiculous

Service was lacking
I've enjoyed the food at Olive Garden for several years but recently I've noticed a decline in their waitstaff service. I feel as though the restaurant was severely understaffed which is likely why we waited 40mins for food to come to our table. Hate to give up on a favorite go-to restaurant but part of any enjoyable dining experience is good service (along with good food!).
Our waitress was outstanding
Our waitress was outstanding. What we used to order as a full meal. Chicken fettuccine. The chicken and broccoli are now extra. When the food arrived, it looked like the pasta had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. It was tough. It used to be one of the places we would go for a special occasion. Not anymore.
