We loved working with Overpass to find two new employees. Our account rep John Runyon, was the best! He handpicked potential candidates and helped organize our candidate interviews. We also like the fact that we had the flexibility to hire exactly who we needed for the part-time hours we needed.
I haven't been able to secure employment with their services yet as i just joined the platform about a month ago and just went live about 2 weeks ago but i would recommend them. The Overpass team shows they are committed to genuinely helping people get jobs and employees as they gently guide applicants through the entire processes. Most importanatly, they give me a sense of belonging and make me feel safe. I know its only a matter of time before I am also able to get a suitable job.
