From start to finish, very professional. The responses were timely, they understood the issue right away. The whole process was seamless. I have complete confidence in this company and will order from them again. They have a good line of products and stand behind them...a rarity these days.
attentive, personable customer service! great follow up to questions and fair pricing
I ordered “The One Lamp” from Ozarke. While it’s beautiful, one of the four poles that came with it is defective and won’t screw on properly. As soon as I realized this was an issue, I emailed them and asked for a replacement part. It’s been a week of back and forth emails, and they still have not yet agreed to send me a new pole. Judging by some of the other reviews here and elsewhere, I’m not holding my breath.
Whilst I haven’t put the light up yet the ordering process and delivery were first class.
Quick delivery and extremely helpful staff on phone dealt with my query post delivery. Thank you!
Not only is the delivery quick it is free as well. Will return
