Jamie and Josh are currently doing my ASHP in Tadworth, I can honestly say they are both kind, respectful people who are a genuine pleasure to have around. Krishna
Thankyou for your kind words Krishna, it has been a pleasure. Thanks Emma
Jamie and Josh recently installed an air pump and I can't praise them enough. My home is small and the spaces to work in tight, yet they both did a great job and I am so pleased with the result. They're both easy to get on with, I never felt in the way and was almost sorry when the work was completed. I highly recommend this company.
Thankyou John, it was our pleasure to install your Air Source Heat Pump and meet you, it has been a great 8 days spent at yours with you.
Amazing Knowledge and very Fast !
Thank you very much for your feedback
Jamie is a brilliant engineer who not only installed Air Source Heat Pumps but helped us to replace older pumps- supplying hot and cold water to the house. This is in addition to underfloor heating. Jamie has always been extremely knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with heating issues I am so fortunate to have come across him and his company 👍. When all other engineers fail I can confidently call upon Jamie and his administration at the office-Emma! Thank you Jamie!
Thank you very Much, always a pleasure Shabbir
Will be forever grateful for the amazing service Emma and Jamie provided. An incredibly compassionate company who installed a heat pump and underfloor heating. Jamie and Emma both were understanding in regards to future proofing my home as well as showing interested and knowledge of the specifics of having a wheelchair friendly home.
Was our complete pleasure to work with you both
Jamie and his team did a repipe at our family home, they arrived on time, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Charged what was estimated in the beginning and did a great job
Your most welcome Thankyou for your review
Jamie installed my heat pump and was fantastic work quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up behind himself my place was spotless when he left. The office was amazing keeping me updated, I felt well looked after before and after the install ( nothing was to much trouble for them)
is always a pleasure working with you Nicki
Thanks so much to Jamie, Josh and Emma for my recent ASHP install. It was all done efficiently and painlessly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! Special thanks to the lovely Emma for all her extra help in ensuring things went smoothly and always quickly giving me additional information when asked, much appreciated!
Thankyou so much Anita for your lovely review.
They always answered the phone when I called them, they turned up when they were meant to, they were respectful to my aged mother-in-law and they were neat and tidy
Thankyou for your review
I have been working with the fantastic brother and sister team of Jamie on the front line, (ably assisted by some great guys), backed up by the highly competent and organised Emma in the back office. This team delivers great results, and go that extra mile when required. Very experienced in modern 'Green' heating systems.
Hi Duncan, Thankyou so much for your review and the continuous work. The last year working for you both has been a pleasure
Very pleased with the work undertaken by the superb and reliable team of experts from Pearce Plumbing and Renewables. Excellent customer service from all staff - highly recommend.
Jamie and his team have been absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to make my installation as smooth as possible, they’re all dedicated, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They’ve been a pleasure to have working in my home, even though they came across several hurdles during the installation they never moaned and just did whatever was needed to make it right, for this I was so grateful. I would highly recommend this company 😊😊
Thank you to both Jamie and Emma for their work. Jamie fitted our water conditioner quickly and easily this morning, and Emma kept us up to date with the quote process and fitting date. I highly recommend them and would have no issues using their plumbing skills again! Thank you.
Emma, Jamie and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and professional while installing our heat pump. They were quick to answer all our queries and also very quick to a respond to a very small problem with our system. They worked extremely hard to get our system up and running in a timely manner as we had guests arriving. Thank you to everyone involved.
Emma was fantastic throughout, great comms and got scaffolding and works sorted in a matter of days. 👍 Thank you for helping make this a super smooth service, very happy with the speed and quality from all.
Very professional and excellent after-care
Jamie and his team installed Solar Thermal. Jamie did a great job - he is very professional, knowledgeable, organised. All his team were lovely and Jamie is training the youngsters extremely well. I cannot recommend them highly enough
I can’t recommend Pearce Plumbing and Renewables Ltd highly enough. This family-run business delivers every time with the highest standard of workmanship, excellent customer service and pride in a job well done. The friendliest of teams makes this a great all-round service.
All have done an excellent job. I am very impressed with their responsiveness, planning, documentation, organisation, the team’s skills, ability, knowledge, ingenuity, cleanliness and professionalism. I am also delighted to see their apprentices coming up to speed – we and the country need them. Well done! In addition, I was stunned that on November 1st, the solar thermal system was heating our water - WOW!!
Excellent, highly professional service from Emma, Jamie and Josh. Cannot recommend highly enough for their customer service, excellent skills and reliability.
