We're sorry for any trouble you've experienced and appreciate your review. Please note that for this item in particular the image will create a noticeable bump on the block, however, it is sealed into the acrylic, and not simply taped on. It is designed for longevity and should last without any problem. That said, we're disappointed to know that you were unhappy with your order, and we'd like to help resolve this right away. Please email us at [email protected] and we'll gladly assist further. We look forward to your message!
