I absolutely love this app. Although I don’t have the full version, I can still use the basic. It has so many editing features and fun stickers. The only thing is I wish I could afford their fee but it’s expensive nowadays. I still rate them 5 stars! I think for the users that can’t afford their fee, they should give us a few days for free once in a while.
With or without pay, you are receiving a great quality app. I would rather pay for this than Adobe. It reminds me of what I used to love about graphics software- easy, accessible, and no miscorrelated payments.
They Scam with us by promoting their platform on instgram, at Time of payment they blocked us by saying unauthentic engagement detected by our system. While my engagement is 100% organic, they waste our more than 1 month time and not ready to review our account manually.
I UPLOADED A PORTRAIT. 'BEFORE' WAS A PORTRAIT, 'AFTER' ROTATED THE PHOTO TO LANDSCAPE. THEN WHEN I ROTATED IT BACK TO PORTRAIT, IT CHANGED THE LAYOUT AND CROPPED IT TO FIT.
I have been using Picsart for years and I love it. I am not a pro and that is what I love about it. I can make my videos and pictures look like a professional did them it is that easy to use. I do have to say they are not cheap and if there price goes up anymore I will be forced to find another app as much as I would hate to .
I took out a "free" trial in the PicsArt app, which rolls into a paid annual subscription if you do not cancel before the trial period ends. However, when I tried to cancel the "free" trial, the settings showed that I did not have any active account subscriptions. I tried repeatedly to find where I could cancel my trial, but my account did not show that I had any free trail active. It was impossible for me to manage my account settings as it kept showing a blank screen. Then, after a few days, my card was charged £60 for the annual subscription. I tried to contact support to complain and get a refund, because I had been trying to cancel the subscription but couldn't due to issues in their app. However, their support team insisted that they don't offer refunds, according to their terms and conditions, and that any free trial that isn't cancelled will automatically be billed. I was very frustrated with this response, because I TRIED to cancel, really I tried everything, and the app blocked me from doing so. It said I didn't have any trial so there was nothing to cancel. There was no way for me to prevent the payment coming out, despite my efforts. Truly the whole experience feels like a scam. I noticed in the Play Store there are many similar comments from people who have been tricked out of the annual subscription price. Basically, you think you're taking out a "free" trial which you can cancel at a later time, but as soon as your finger taps "start free trial" they've already stolen your money, and there's no way to prevent it (unless maybe you're able to cancel through your bank). I started a complaint process with their customer service team, who marked my case as "closed" despite not resolving anything. I've tried to escalate to a supervisor but I haven't received a response in 10 days. It really feels like they're choosing to ignore me because they'e a big corporation and I'm just one person, and so they don't give a damn. Atrocious customer service and a really scammy company. Up until now, I'd found it a fairly decent photo editing app. But the shocking conduct from the company is just not worth it. There are others on the market, use them instead.
Took whole year subscription fee but not able to use the app freely all the Advanced features locked. Believe me its not worth it. Try some free apps its worth it. Try some other app not picsart.

It says $10/ month and then charges yearly. I clicked too fast for $126 and contact them immediately for the refund. It’s been 3 days and no one gets back to me. Terrible customer service. Please refund me right away.

I've been trying to get a hold of someone regarding an account. I noticed on my credit card statements that I've been getting charged for the last 4 months from picsart but have no account with an active subscription. I really want to get this figured out as soon as possible and would be nice to get a reply! I've seen on here a rep replying to good reviews in the last 3 hours so hopefully I can get some help with this!
Tried to sign up to their monthly subscription, was charged for their annual subscription - an amount I simply can not afford. Contacted them same day as soon as I saw what I have been charged, one week later & several more contact attempts, Picsart has not contacted me once let alone resolved the issue. If this website is not a scam, it has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Plenty more amazing AI content platforms, avoid at all costs!

I love Picsart so much, I basically use it for every image editing project, but I currently am experiencing a glitch where I make SUREEE that I am JUST using the eraser tool and it counts as pro. I was not using the automated eraser or the remove tool, just the manual eraser. That's the only problem there seems to be as of this moment.

Birthday wishes, Wedding anniversaries, Work anniversaries, Bon Voyage cards, House warming wishes, Booze parties .... literally for anything and everything, I come to Picsart, my favorite pit stop ! Begenning with the choice of background, adding old photos, trimming, deleting background, using stickers, choice of fonts, shadow, layering, opacity control .... Great editing tools, effects, filters, and great AI to. Fun contests, lots of public and private stickers and pictures you can use parts of to make art, logos, photos truly on another level. My Profile has over 800 pictures on it anybody can look at anytime.
