Our company has it's own vendor through their marketing department and I had asked for YoYos for a tradeshow. Over a week later, they said they couldn't get them. Overall, I had a good experience with Promo Direct. The ordering process was easy, and the team was helpful and responsive when I had questions. The product quality was good, and the final items looked professional and matched what we needed for our business. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were a few small issues with shipping/packaging and some details could have been communicated a little more clearly. However, the team was quick to respond and willing to help resolve concerns. I would still order again and recommend Promo Direct for promotional products.

Not knowing what we needed in terms of artwork, materials, and usability, I was a bit overwhelmed by the process however the our sales rep made everything easy. The metal hat pins were exceptional! Better than we expected. Although they got held up in customs, the company worked with us so they arrived in time for our volunteer appreciation event.
