Not all product, some damaged, no response…
They didn’t ship me the whole order, then some of the items they did ship arrived damaged. I called the customer service number on the website, which just re-routes you to go back online and email them (which is ridiculous, I feel like they just have a number for the sake of having one?). When I went online to email them about, I still have not received a response. I didn’t however just get an email for this review, which I am now filling out. I will give them 48 hours before I get my credit card company involved to refund the part of the order I am out.
My purchase was shipped quickly, and although some breakage occurred, a refund for the broken jar was issued very rapidly. Customer service and communication are top-of-the-line.

Misrepresented
I wanted the Alba Botanical Very Emolliant lotion advertised & pictured on their site. I contacted them BEFORE placing the order to confirm they had it specifically & they said yes. I ordered it but Daily Moisturizer was delivered instead. I reported the problem the same day & asked for refund. They said they'd check with manufacturer to see if it was the same formula. I'm still waiting... Of course, they can't be reached by phone.
I noticed they didn't publish my review on their website so I'm writing it here.
We don’t have accessibility to the product that I have on reorder, (subscription). So ordering through your business is a game changer. I live at least two hours from the nearest store to carry my product so having them delivered to my door step regularly is my choice of shopping

Quality Product and Excellent Customer Service
I ordered 3 cases of Bavarian Bread. One of the cases was just past the "best by" date. I contacted customer service, was immediately given a choice of refund or replacement (which I chose), and a satisfactory replacement item was promptly shipped at no cost. I will certainly continue to do business with this responsive company!
3 separate times my order was damaged once UPS got it in their network.
Customer service was helpful but this is not sustainable. I will not be shopping here again if UPS is bringing me my package.
