Own short domain and customer support

When setting up your own short domain, it was stressful due to the semi complicated mechanics in the website's domain settings, but their support team helped me fix it with great understanding of my situation and clear instructions of what was wrong. I appreciate their help and would recommend this software.

I’ve been looking for a suitable QR code generator for awhile. When I came across this website I find that it is easy to use and straightforward. I’ve been using this solution for 2 years and have seen the improvements. The customer service is impeccable as well. I highly recommend this solution.

Great Customer Support

Somehow, we had a QR code go missing. We had this code printed on signs. I contacted customer support and they said it got deleted and if I wanted I could open a ticket for them to hunt for it to have it restored. I said yes and a few days later they came back said it was restored. That was a huge win as it saved our company time and money. Thanks for the great customer service!

Easy to use

It's easy to create a QR code and to personalize it with your own logo. We have used it for a few years and never had an issue with the QR code working for all platforms. The one time I had a billing issue (my mistake) they were very helpful and we were able to solve the problem together.

Intuitive and user friendly software…

Intuitive and user friendly software but the highlight for me was when I had a question, QR tiger has a great library of videos and support answers but also if you message them, there is a real person that will get back to you promptly. Five stars in my book!

Dynamic QR codes have helped us identify opportunities.

As a retail store with more than 8 locations throughout Texas, we decided to use QR TIGER to create dynamic codes that could help us identify when customers want to work for us. We post job openings and include a QR code so we can see how many people have scanned it and from where. Additionally, we use them for marketing support in our campaigns and as a link in our social media bios. I wholeheartedly recommend QR TIGER for its ease of use, included tools, and cost.

User-Friendly Interface When I first started using QR TIGER, I immediately noticed how user-friendly the interface was. After logging in, the clear presentation of various QR code types made it easy to navigate and choose what I wanted to create. As someone who’s not extremely tech-savvy, I found the straightforward and intuitive process of generating QR codes a huge plus. Despite offering a wide range of features, QR TIGER manages to keep the user experience simple and not overwhelming, which I truly appreciate. Variety of QR Code Options QR TIGER didn’t just offer me the typical URL QR code; it allowed me to generate a wide range of QR codes, including vCards, text, Wi-Fi passwords, email addresses, phone numbers, and more.
