Terrible, don't order online from Rainbow
Terrible, I will never order online again! You charged me a service fee of $1.99 that I did not choose at check out and also a shipping fee of $5 to ship to a store for pick up and then taxes on top of a purchase of $15.46 total and when returning only given back $8.47 not even tax included in the return. Talk about highway robbery with no remorse. And when calling customer service to explain why and there wasn't any empathy or even an exception to their theifry rule. Do you self a service and not shop and order any rainbow items online. You would be doing yourself a disservice. Save yourself headache and theft.

Horrible return process system for online orders
I mostly unhappy with the rainbow online return process. Usually my return process is easy because the company mail a return label with my package. However, this time was horrible and annoying!! My order number was not found by your online return system. I live in northern Michigan so I cannot get to store when this issue arouse. Luckily, I had to go downstate for a family function and was able to exchange the dress in store. I would rather yall go back to the old way because your new return system sucks and you could lose customer because of it.

Rainbow Shop's is one of my favorite places to shop. I'm already 20 plus years in buying from them. They have definitely improved in that time. And thanks to Klarna. I'm able to shop for what I like and pay it later. I know I already said I love Klarna. But I absolutely do. Thanks
Do not order from rainbow online
Do not order from rainbow online! They will jip you in dollars not cents but actually dollars. I ordered an item for $15 total and when I went to returned they returned me $8.47! Like what? I asked them why they told me you don't return the tax and they trick you for a shipping fee of $1.99 which I know I did not choose in my shopping cart and lastly they charge $5 shipping to their dump store and you don't get that back either? Please watch out when ordering online. They will rob you without any concern or care. So save yourself the headache! Oh and if you order kids clothes return to a store that sell kids clothes because they will not return at any rainbow store. Did someone say fuckery and bull!
