Selecting a drum from the many options was fun and educational, and the drum I selected was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. The quality of the drum is excellent and it’s beautiful to look at when not being played. The online tutorials are helpful, but mostly it’s just cool to experiment. It’s almost impossible to produce a bad sound or rhythm.
Despite the conflict in Ukraine and the current conflict in the Middle East, my Anima arrived in less than two weeks. The package traveled via Moscow, Dubai, London, and finally Cologne to Ulm. The RAV team was always diligent in tracking the shipment and processing it as quickly as possible. A tip for all German customers reading this before ordering: be sure to register the package with customs via DHL in advance to avoid long import delays! The Anima is a wonderful instrument, but for someone like me who hasn't worked much with chords before, it's not entirely easy to play intuitively. However, this doesn't diminish the enjoyment in any way. I would especially like to commend Kate from customer support, who often replies the same day and makes every effort to answer all customer inquiries. 🍀🙏 Many thanks to the entire RAV team for these wonderful instruments! 🔥
I am pressed for time so have not sat down to really introduce myself (to my drum) but I had a little tap and touch. I was immediately reduced to tears of joy. The sound, the tone, the reverberations and the feeling are difficult to describe in words. Amazing. So happy I got one. Customer support and fulfilment process from start to finish has been impeccable.
Great instruments and really good customer support. My instrument was stuck in German customs and RAV did everything they could (fast) to help me out. No my RAV Anima is here and it's so beautiful I have to cry!
I recently received my RAV Anima and I absolutely love it. The instrument is beautifully made and the sound is truly magical and calming. Even as a beginner, it is very enjoyable to play and explore different sounds. You can really feel the quality and craftsmanship that went into making it. The customer service was also excellent. Kate from the RAV team was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend RAV Vast instruments to anyone interested in handpans or steel tongue drums. It was definitely worth the wait.
My RAV Moon arrived in perfect condition and it is a wonderful instrument! Great customer service. Thank you!
Not only are these truly wonderful instruments, customer service is always amazing. I had a RAV which arrived with a tiny bit of rust on it, no questions asked they sent me a replacement.
Great customer service, they answered my questions very quick and were helpful. And the Rav Vast is amazing, I love it and it brings joy and peace into my life. Thank you 🙏✨️
First, the selection and purchase process was excellent! The website provides exactly the information one needs to make the right choice about which tongue drum to buy. The interactive sample sound file there, where you can actually "play" the drum to see how its sounds is fantastic! Delivery went perfectly. The drums are incredibly well packaged for total protection. And then, there is the drum itself. From striking the first note and experiencing the incredible sustain, I knew my drum experience had profoundly changed forever. These drums are in a class of their own. The quality of the build and the tone are incredible. I made a great choice thanks to the RAV Drum experience. Thank you!
The drums are almost magical in their design , feel , and structure. The sound that resonates from them is out of this world ! Customer service is also excellent with warm and helpful people there .
Had the absolute pleasure dealing with Slava and Elena in the purchase of my B Kurd Drum! They were both exceptionally patient in answering all my queries. Cannot believe how much I love this drum!! It’s heavenly!! Thanks again RAVVAST team! Cheers! :)
Wow.. these drums are incredibly well made and sound amazing.. The customer service was very highly attentive of helping me select the sound and tones that fit well and went above and beyond really to accomodate my situation. The drums themselves… a standard much higher above the rest on market.. for the price it’s really worth to select a Rav drum - the price per value, the innovation, the craftsmanship, the durability, the long lasting tone.. unique innovation (look their website, the tone lasts 3x longer than others) Highly recommend considering this company and their craftsmanship - likely can consider this is the highest form of steel tongue drums on market
Great customer service! Amazing product, I would buy many more.
I purchased the Golden Gate C Rav Vast on 11/29/25 on a Black Friday Sale. I received it 12/18/25. The wait wasn't long (but I was impatient) and I understood the distance it had to travel. I was in communication with Kate from Customer Service and they always responded to emails and made me feel heard and seen. Upon striking this drum for the first time it has been magic. I honestly feel that you cannot strike a wrong note. I have already put many hours of drumming into this drum already, and I seem to crave it everyday. I am amazed at the different sounds I can get it to play and the overall resonance that travels is like I mentioned above, magical. I am grateful that I was able to financially purchase the drum, as they are an investment, however they are an investment that I see that I will be making again and again. To all the makers of my drum, thank you-your craftmanship and dedication to the art of making these drums as the beauty is heard each time a melody is strum by my fingers. I am forever grateful.
I had an easy buying experience and so glad that I bought the Anima during the pre-sale, so i could get it sooner. Slava has been highly communicative and was proactive in helping me solve a minor issue (on my side) I cannot wait to receive and play with my Rav!
i own the rav vast celtic and the rav moon and waiting for my pre order to the rav anima. i own 4 different handpans , but i must say that a experienced practitioner of sound healing therapy , i use more the beautiful rav vast perfect instruments , they have perfect effect on meditation and sound healing treatment
They were having a black Friday sale and I was able to order the drum I wanted even though it was out of stock. The employee in the chat sent an invoice and my low e Pygmy drum was made and arrived in about a month. It’s gorgeous and I love it. They’re very helpful and fast to respond and the best quality hand pan on the market
I own a RAV VAST B Celtic and a RAV VAST G Pygmy. Both are excellent instruments. When I saw and heard the initial reviews of the new RAV Anima instrument, I knew that I had to add this one to my collection. One touch chords... Amazing! Thus far, my experience with RAV customer service has been excellent. My excitement is building for my new Anima to arrive in a few weeks.
I've played many RAV drums and will soon be getting my very own RAV Anima. I'm so excited to explore this magical instrument - a true innovation in sound. The team has been great, with a smooth ordering process and prompt responses to all my questions.
I own several Rav Vast instruments and they all share a high quality standard and have been so much fun to play. All of them sound amazing with rich harmonics and long sustain, are tuned perfectly, and have been free of cosmetic defects (with the exception of one small rust spot on my G Pygmy from the factory). The company is very responsive on questions, and they ship quickly.
