Great experience with RentSpree. This was my first time using it as a screening tool, and I was pleasantly surprised by how simple and seamless the process was. The platform made tenant screening fast, easy, and very efficient. Wonderful service!!! This was our first time processing on RentSpree. The process was easy to understand. I represented owner and tenants processed everything with ease and accuracy. I like this service but there are a few nuances that I've noticed about it that could be improved. The first is that when the RentSpree listing is listed on Zumper the description is cut off after a few paragraphs. The pet policy is also not transferred over correctly leading to people being disappointed when they find out they can or can't have pets.
