I ordered the M2 with several attachments. I was very happy with the products shipping, tracking, and packaging. These products are solid and very easy to put together. I love the company has a great rewards program and everytime I contact this company with questions I get timely emails back and any issues I an having are solved. What great products, customer service, shipping, packaging and rewards program. I'm a customer for life.
Well made product and a nicely compact machine that works well for home gyms. Delivery was fairly quick and well packaged.
I have had Ritfit fitness products for over a year now and couldn’t be happier with my choice. The machines a well built, allow for workout flexibility and I didnt have to spend $5k-$10k to get a home gym built. The customer service has been great and the Facebook group is awesome for questions for other owners, Ritfit sponsored contests, and announcements.
Amazing product with even better service
So far I've purchased a power cage, multi grip pull down bar , flag , weighted plates , and just received leg press gazelle machine , best purchases I've made for myself to help with my weight loss journey started at 330 down to 260 , the quality of this equipment is well made and sturdy , price is reasonable on most not a big fan on the price of plates but other than that I highly recommend ritfit for your personal gym
Our experience and equipment have been great!! We purchased a leg extension machine that can do many other forms of exercises. Great quality!! No complaints. We will be ordering more equipment soon!
I ordered my RitFit M1 Pro and was very pleased that i received it within a week. It was not complicated to assembly. I have been looking for an all in 1 machine and this definitely has everything i need for my workout.

I honestly thought this product was going to be good but I would have no idea because it has not been delivered. It’s been almost 3 weeks, and nothing. No update, no contact nothing. I have reached out multiple times and Ritfit has not responded to me. Horrible horrible experience!

The equipment was packaged well and seems to be good quality. Customer service has been good to work worth I had to change the shipping address to a different location to receive the bigger freight package which has been a little complicating to get worked out but they have been very helpful with getting it worked out.

I have had a great experience with RitFit customer service!! I decided to build my own home gym for convenience with my work and school schedule. I got gifted a ritfit bench that was on my birthday wishlist! Sadly, it came with two missing leg covers. I reached out to Ritfit customer service, sent them a picture, and they shipped it out to me quickly. They were responding very quickly and so helpful.
Fast shipping, high quality material, recommend looking up an installation video on YouTube to go along side the instruction manual. Very happy with the price and overall experience

I ordered the Ritfit gator bench. The bench is exceptional, sturdy, and does everything i wanted it to do. My reason for 3 stars is that my bench came out of the box with a puncture in the fabric. And to be honest, i dont want to go through the hassle of returning the whole bench and waiting for a new one to ship. All in all Its still a great bench. Im happy with it.
