Couldn't Recommend Roadway More
I've now used Roadway twice for moves in NYC, and they've been fantastic both times. The team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about making the experience as easy as possible. We added their packing service for this move, and it was absolutely worth it. They packed and transported our oversized mirror, vintage marble dining table, large artwork, and other heavy pieces with incredible care and attention. From start to finish, they made what is usually a stressful experience feel smooth and seamless, even with a dog and a one-year-old in the mix.

Abby, having you choose Roadway Moving for a second NYC move means so much to us. We’re especially glad the packing service made a real difference this time around. Carefully preparing and transporting an oversized mirror, a vintage marble dining table, large artwork, and other heavy pieces takes patience and attention, and we’ll be sure to share your kind words with the crew.
Knowing the team made the day feel smooth and manageable, even with a dog and a one-year-old in the mix, is a wonderful compliment. Thank you for continuing to trust Roadway Moving and for recommending us so highly.

Best moving experience!!!
I’ve used movers before, and this was by far the smoothest experience I’ve had. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the entire process, and treated my belongings with genuine care and respect.
Everyone was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They made what could have been a stressful moving day feel organized and hassle-free. Everything arrived in great condition, and they even took the time to make sure items were placed where I wanted them before leaving.
If you’re looking for a moving company that’s reliable, professional, and actually delivers on what they promise, I highly recommend Roadway.

The team was 3.5 hours late due to challenges with prior moves that day (which wasn’t really their fault). I had a hard deadline for getting to the storage unit by 7:45pm and they worked incredibly hard to make sure that happen in record time — so I have to give a 5 star rating. Everything arrived in tact.

Thank you for sharing such a fair and thoughtful review. We’re sorry the crew arrived later than planned, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We’re glad they recognized your storage deadline, worked with urgency to get everything completed in time, and delivered all of your belongings intact.
We’ll be sure to share your recognition with the team. Thank you for choosing Roadway Moving and for giving the crew five stars despite the delayed start.

It was hot and there were lots of stairs. But the guys hustled to get the job done. Professional, easy to work with and they worked really hard. The administrative end of things was really professional and helpful too.Thank you!

Last Minute Move Made Easy
I had to move very last minute and had to move everything into storage while I figure out where I'm going next. I was freaking out about what to do with my things, but Roadway came to the rescue. They talked me through the process and made it all feel a LOT less overwhelming. The movers showed up on time and were absolutely lovely! They worked quickly and efficiently, despite dealing with incredible heat and my 4th floor walk up. Honestly, I cannot recommend them enough!!!
Reply from Roadway Moving2026-08-04
Michael, we’re so glad our team could step in when everything felt uncertain and help turn a last-minute move into something manageable. Moving into storage on short notice is stressful enough, and doing it from a fourth-floor walk-up in extreme heat is no small task. It means a lot to hear the crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and kept such a positive attitude throughout the day. Thank you for trusting Roadway Moving when you needed help most, and for recommending us so warmly.

Roadway moving is amazing company with even better employees. The team showed up on time, treated my belongings with care, and were extremely efficient. I truly Couldn’t have done my move without them - they moved everything from heavy furniture to boxes out of my old place and into my new home with genuine care and efficiency. We also had so much fun together and made the most out of the Dallas heat! I highly recommend booking roadway moving for your next move!

This was my second move with Roadway, and they were once again absolutely fantastic!! The movers showed up on time and ready to take on the day - they fully packed our apartment and moved us into the new one in record time. I could not believe how quickly they got this move done. Extra shoutout to Richard, who was awesome and made the moving day so easy and fun. HIGHLY recommend using roadway's moving and packing services. I will never move without roadway again!

A flawless move from Baltimore to Philadelphia — Roadway earned every one of these five stars.
What set them apart started before move day: my relocation specialist, Jeffery, was consistently responsive and made the whole process easy, including quickly sorting out a same-day plan when I needed one. But it was the crew that turned a stressful relocation into a genuinely smooth one.
A 3-man team led by Vidoji drove in from New York and arrived early, at 7:30 AM. I had very tight service-elevator windows at both my Baltimore and Philadelphia buildings, and the crew grasped that instantly and made it their priority. They loaded the entire apartment — disassembling furniture and bed frames along the way — in about two hours, then unloaded and reassembled everything in Philadelphia in just 90 minutes. They reached my new building before noon, a full hour ahead of my elevator reservation, and were finished by 1:30 PM.
Fast, strong, fully equipped, and careful with everything. What I appreciated most was their reassurance: they told me they were seasoned professionals and didn't want me worrying about a thing on move day, knowing I'd had a hectic run-up and still had days of unpacking ahead. That's precisely how it felt — calm, controlled, and completely handled.
A guaranteed flat price with no surprises, their own branded truck and crew, and a single same-day move with nothing held overnight. Sincere thanks to Vidoji and his team — true professionals, and a company that clearly values doing the job right. Highly recommended.

Francy, thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. A same-day move from Baltimore to Philadelphia with tight elevator windows leaves very little room for error, so we’re especially proud to hear how smoothly everything came together.
We’re glad Jeffery kept the planning clear and responsive, including arranging a same-day solution when you needed it. Vidoji and his crew also deserve tremendous credit for arriving early, understanding the building requirements immediately, and completing the loading, travel, unloading, and reassembly with time to spare. Knowing they helped you feel calm and fully supported throughout the day means just as much to us as the speed and efficiency of the move itself.
We’ll make sure your recognition reaches Jeffery, Vidoji, and the entire crew. Thank you for trusting Roadway Moving with such an important relocation and for recommending us so highly.

We recently used Roadway for our cross-country move from New York to California, and the experience was exceptional.
After spending 7 years building our home, we wanted a moving company we could truly trust. The crew was professional, incredibly careful, and handled every piece of furniture with so much attention to detail. It was genuinely impressive to watch them pack everything. Our belongings arrived in California in just one week, and everything, including our artwork, mirrors, lamps, dishes, and glassware, arrived safely. The delivery team was just as efficient and placed everything exactly where it belonged. Roadway made what could have been a very stressful move feel surprisingly easy. I’m really impressed. Thank you!! <3

Poor customer service. Not transparent pricing. Can’t provide an estimate based on apartment size and pushy and time consuming to discuss exact inventory before offering a quote. Fake reviews created to hide bad reviews.
Punctual, professional, and great to work with. Appreciated the end to end support from everyone at Roadway. The movers the day of were very careful with our belongings and helped move everything very efficiently.

I had such an amazing experience with…
I had such an amazing experience with Roadway Moving for my move from Jersey City to Chicago! This was my first time adding their packing service, and it was truly the best decision I could have made. The team carefully packed everything for me, handled all of my furniture and fragile items with so much care, and made what could have been an incredibly stressful move feel completely seamless.
Everyone was professional, efficient, kind, and communicative from beginning to end. Moving to a new state is already a lot, but knowing that Roadway had everything handled allowed me to actually feel excited about the move instead of overwhelmed by it. The packing service was such an upgrade, and I genuinely don’t think I could ever move without it again. I cannot recommend Roadway Moving enough!
