Bad Product, Bad Service, I want my money back.
My item does not look correct and I have repeatedly reached out to find a resolution and they have been non-responsive. It has been over two weeks and I would like to request a full refund ASAP.

My daughter’s jacket was as described except that it didn’t specify where her name will be printed. Name appeared on the lowest back of the jacket. We expected it to be at the top back.

Shirt can't make up its mind what size it is
I got a small. Shirt is very tight around the chest but the arms are more like an XL. It's like XL arms got stitched to a S body.

Poor quality product. Poor customer service.
I received my custom merch with a stain on the zip hoodie from the box and the custom 9fifty hat, the sticker was damaged. When you order from this company, there are no returns due to the custom nature of the product you order, however, receiving damaged product feels unfair or like nothing can be done. I’m not happy with this order; I have ordered here from the past and this is the first time I received damaged goods. *** update: I am still dissatisfied with Rokkit wear. I had sent them an email directly about another order I received- a pair of custom Arapahoe Warriors sweatpants. The sweatpants arrived and the logo was way off colour and does not match any of the other Arapahoe Warriors custom gear I already own. The logo was placed crooked and in an awkward spot on the sweatpants, that also does not match the placement of other sweatpants/ track pants I have purchased from the organization itself. The sweatpants were $60.99 plus shipping. The sweatpants are soft, however the logo is a cheap, iron on,“sticker” that looked like my 7 year old placed it, on the merchandise. When Rokkit Wear contacted me, in reply to my email, they did not refund me for the item, let alone give a satisfactory response. They offered to replace the poor quality item, with the same item, with the misplaced, crooked, discoloured logo for a retail price of 40% off 😂. What a joke. Save your money. don’t spend it on over priced, poor quality, custom merchandise that represents your team organization or whomever this company is authorized to represent; you’d be better off ordering and creating custom wear, from Amazon. I will not be shopping Rokkit Wear for my team, spirit wear and will also be sure to let my team and others who wish to support their team, to NOT shop off their site. I will not be shopping Rokkit Wear again.

My order was 10 days late as compared to the maximum estimate I received, which is a week later than I needed it to be.

Abraham. All of our items are customized with your chosen logo and therefore take 3-5 business days to be produced before they ship out. Your order was shipped two days after it was placed via USPS. Depending on the mail service, it should have arrived to you within 7/8 days of placing your order. We hope that you love your Pueblo County HS shirt and will reconsider your rating. Appreciated all the different choices on the website. Our order was shipped punctually and arrived earlier than expected. My only complaint is that one of the shirts we ordered is white, and it is very sheer - my daughter will have to wear a white tank top underneath it.

Expensive and low quality
Online images of items was not very accurate. I ordered a hat that was described as one size fits all but the label on the hat says medium large and so it’s way too big. Printing on the tshirt wasn’t very good quality for the price, seems like it will crack and fade very quickly. Not sure it was an error on this company or USPS but my package ended up going across the country in the opposite direction and took almost took weeks after it shipped to get to me. Considering I paid quite a bit for shipping this was disappointing. Overall too expensive the experience and quality.
