I love my boots! They protect my feet while looking fashionable. I work in a factory and have to lift heavy things. Sometimes when I drop it down to the ground I hit my shoes and I never notice what has happened until I look at the tips of my boots and see that they have dark marks where the objects hit my feet.

It's mostly comfy but for 12hr shift mixed with 8hr shift, if you work long hours it still needs a better soul. it comes with extra in the box. These are comfy shoes ! I never received my order. Sent an email to check status. Was told my order was damaged in shipping and had been returned. Was asked if I wanted a refund or order re shipped. I wanted my order re shipped. Have not heard another word if my order has been re shipped. I guess we will wait and see if I ever receive my new hard hat or not. I would think your company would have contacted me instead of me contacting you. This would be something I would think you should improve upon. If I receive my order I will issue a new review. If I treated my customers this way I wouldn't have a job more than likely. Communication is key to being successful.
