Happy 1st Time Renters

This is our first time renting a storage unit and we are so pleased that we chose North County Self Storage. The office staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and they were very efficient while handling our transaction. The unit that we rented is climate controlled and was extremely clean. The facility has carpet in the hallways leading to our unit and they provide a moving cart that has been a lifesaver. We highly recommend this facility!

I needed a storage ASAP …

I needed a storage ASAP and right away an appointment was set up to meet that day. I had a tour of the facility and showing of the storage's that were available. I was assisted by Fabian, very helpful and attentive. Overall very satisfied !! I will be recommending San Diego Self Storage/Otay Mesa Self Storage to family and friends who may need one :)
