5 stars here represents competency. I place an order, it gets processed, & shipped. Nothing to complain about or improve upon. Haven’t had to deal with a return or other issue so can’t comment there. I will add a note about the niche segment scent split fills. I love it. I’ve been longing for the ability to sample extremely niche, hard to find and very expensive fragrances and scent split has fulfilled that desire wonderfully. I love it.

Quick order filling- Website easy to follow- 9ml bottles for sampling- I keep a. Small bottle of Essentric Cologne One in my truck instead of a hanging air freshener - I appreciate the white spray hole on the black atomizer- Easy to line up - the 9ml bottles are great for travel- offering aset of three in a travel kit would be great for packing for trips

The scent is very much ONLY roses and leaves a not so pleasant smell of dead flowers and talcum powder behind. It does linger but is not very strong. Definitely not meant for a power smell, and works as a base or top layer.

Scentsplit contacted me when an item that was part of a recent order of mine was unavailable/out of stock. They gave me the option of refunding me for the item or mailing it to me as soon as it was back in stock. I picked the latter and I got my item in record time (within a few days of my original order). Customer service was incredibly responsive and items were securely shipped and in great condition. This was my first scentsplit purchase but definitely won't be my last.
