Great product, poor delivery. Product ordered on 27 June, finally delivered on 7 July! Lost by courier and may never have turned up had I not chased - a replacement was sent on "express" delivery on 3 July - it is that which arrived today 7 July nowhere near the next working day service advertised on website to UK mainland. (they appear to include Saturday and Sunday as working days on website) Well done to Beth for sorting issue. Not well done for Evri.

I ordered my subscription products as usual and I was charged with a delivery fee. When I emailed customer service about it, they replied that all new subscription deliveries are charged at the 1st order. Firstly, this was not my 1st subscription order and secondly, I went through all my previous orders and there was no charge to any of them.
