When your PC arrived, it would not power on, so our technicians tested each component individually to find the issue. Everything passed testing except for the Radeon RX 7900 XTX, which did not produce any video output during our inspection. As part of the inspection, we cleaned the thermal paste to verify the CPU model, but we did not remove the CPU from the motherboard, drill into the CPU, or damage the motherboard during testing. The AIO cooler was also not removed during our inspection.
