Hi there! My name is Pedro Elías and I want to let you know about my experience when my car was repaired about three weeks ago at EURO COLLISION CENTERS that is located in North Hollywood. Well,I must say that it was a great experience for me to take my car to be repaired there because the owner Mr Victor and all the staff at that body shop are professionals. Omggg this place was absolutely…
Omggg this place was absolutely amazing!! I was so stressed out about my car being keyed and they got back to me so quick about getting my car fixed. I got my car back in a short amount of time and the paint job look amazing, painted to perfection!! Also I live like 45 minutes away from their shop nd Jacob’s wonderful mother gave me a ride back home after I dropped off my car which with Sacramentos 5:00pm traffic was like a hour drive. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to get their car repaired, hands down the best experience I’ve had at any auto body repair shop.
Excellent Customer Service
These guys gave me as a female so much comfort and ease with getting my car repaired. They came from a distance to pick it up from where it was and even waited for me to arrive. The repair work was like new. Customer service was great, they stand by their quotes.

Excellent service in every way-the Audi came out beautifully. Europe even rented us a car as and as a favor to us gave us discounts on the rental .,. we are so grateful for the best service. And this is the 2nd time we had our car repaired. They did a great job on my son’s car over 9 k in damage ( it was a hit and run) the car looked better than before the accident. Trustworthy and above the bar service. I wont go anywhere else!!!

Euro Collision is all about customer service!
It’s extremely difficult to find good customer service these days, but Euro Collision is all about excellent customer service. I arrived and was greeted by the owner Victor. Art then finished my paper work. Both of them were personable and professional. Their office is clean, comfortable, with a great coffee machine! My policy did not have a car rental, so they loaned me a car while my car was being repaired. They did an impeccable job on my Kia Niro. Seamless work. Thank you!
Excellent experience
I had a 500.00 deductible I couldn’t afford. Service pros offered to fix my car and cover it. They are in Hollywood and I am in Long Beach and they sent a flat bed truck to pick up my car. Upon return they drove my car back to me. No charge. Excellent work on the car. Also clean inside and out. Very grateful to Raffi for making this happen.Communication was clear with Artek at Euro Collision.
They took such great care of me
They took such great care of me. I was given a rental and I didn't have to pay for anything. They went through my insurance provider. They were able to take care of everything in a little over a month. I'm just thankful to have my car back in mint condition. Thank you so much.

They fixed my car like brand new
George was great! He did every thing exactly as he said he would, straight forward-no games. The car looks brand new and he even followed up with us to come get a minor part that we left at the shop. I can’t say enough good things. My son had accident, we took car to Service Pros/George and they dealt with insurance and put us at ease. The process was easy, the personnel professional and the repairs immaculate. Highly recommend, and I would return should i have a need.
