Moving is Hard People say ... Not with Shamrock
We had an amazing experience with Shamrock from start to finish. When we needed to move our date last minute, they handled it without any issue. Lisa in the front office was communicative and on top of everything throughout the process, and our moving team was absolutely incredible everyone warned me that moving is the worst part of any transition, and they made it completely effortless. I almost felt guilty just standing there watching them work! Every box was clearly labeled and nothing was a hassle. Truly blown away by the entire experience. Also great to support a local San Francisco business!
I could not have asked for any better experience. Kim was most efficient in dealing with my phone calls and Mike resolved a slightly tricky situation swiftly and efficiently. I would gladly use Shamrock again.
The delivery men were also pleasant and very efficient. All in all a very pleasant and saturfactory experience.
Every man on the team was absolutely awesome. Super hard working, very respectful, thoughtful and thorough. They made moving as pleasant as it possibly could have been. Completely satisfied. Thank you very much, Shamrock.
We used Shamrock for the second time and their patience, care and service are fantastic. Great experience
Shamrock did everything they said they would do. We had our initial walk-through and then the team showed up right on time on the day of the move and couldn't have been more conscientious. For example, I had shelving units out to move but I had packed the poles that connect the shelves. They were so careful that they spent some time looking for the poles to make sure it would all get packed. Everyone was friendly and positive. Our neighbors had used Shamrock and I've seen their trucks around for years, but have never used a mover and would have had no idea where to turn. Our real estate agent recommended them and I'm glad he did.
The Shamrock App enabled me to watch their progress for timing and site planning from Golden Gate Park and over the Golden Gate and into Tiburon. The 5 fit men who arrived on time were smart, organized, very responsible and thoughtful on how they executed a perfect move with a fun positive attitude and big smiles in the least amount of time. Even if it doesn't go right Shamrock is gold star. There was a bit of a hiccup in our move. It was nerve racking and not at all what we wanted to happen. With that said, Shamrock was more than understanding and accommodating for our needs. Shamrock made it happen on multiple levels. I would absolutely go with Shamrock again for this type of move. Lisa and Jose have my personal gratitude. I’m thankful for their grace and ability to get us sorted given our unfortunate situation.
The entire team from Shamrock was amazing, from scheduling and estimating, to packing and moving our household. Everyone was polite, professional, and on time. The care taken to protect our belongings was fantastic. The team communicated with us and answered all our questions. We will refer to friends, family, and clients, and use them the next time a need arises. Great Job!!!
Shamrock provides excellent, professional, timely service. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Nothing was damaged or broken. They took extreme care to provide extra wrapping and protection for fragile and delicate items. The front office was easy to deal with and on top of all the logistics (items moved to three different locations). I can’t recommend Shamrock highly enough.
