Trash. Pay pal autofilled the wrong shipping address. Noticed immediately. Unable to edit shipping details even withing seconds of order. Called next day at opening time and they could change or cancel. UPS gave me the runaround and said shirtspace would needed to change. THEY NEED A 5 minute window with AN EDIT SHIPPING BUTTON. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get the issue resolved.

Very easy shopping and we have loved the clothing we have received. I have only had one item I was not pleased with but it was not due to quality. Just going to be direct as an individual buyer who just wanted a couple of shirts, I can't imagine I can ever get to a place where this is profitable for me or a good price with $10 shipping. Maybe if there was $5 shipping as long as we spent at least 30 bucks or something along those lines, I could be incentivized to make another midsize order. Just something to keep in mind if you're attempting to focus on individual sales as opposed to bulk.
