My order was taken over the phone because I couldn’t get the website to work correctly. But everything still came out great and my order was delivered in a very timely manner regardless. It arrived two days earlier than expected.

One of my package orders received was 2 short of spice containers. There are 24 red caps in enclosed bag, but only received 22 containers in this bag. Though this is my first written complaint, this happens often with previous orders, one order is sometimes one or two short

As a small skincare business owner, sometimes I feel limited by order quantities and having to order bottles and caps from different companies. This leads to frustration and time wasted when those caps don’t always match the bottles. We love that SKS offers sets to choose from! So no wondering if the cap will fit with the bottle or have to go through the process of returning and exchanging. Love SKS!

Delivery was quicker than expected. All bottles were securely packed and nothing was broken. Everything I ordered was shipped. The shipping cost was shocking; but I blame that on gas prices & tariffs. I hope that SKS will work hard to come up with more economical solutions to balance shipping costs.
WOW! Great pricing and quick delivery. We have used another sauce bottle supplier for 7 years now and SKS by far has delivered! No sence in trying another product, customer service was excellant!! We will continue to use SKS wherever we need to add a quality product for sales and presentation. Thank you, great job!

I absolutely love my new jars from SKS So glad I made the switch to amber jars
I absolutely love my new jars from SKS. I was honestly reluctant to move from clear to amber at first, but it ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve made for my brand. The quality is solid, the jars feel premium, and the amber gives my products a richer, more elevated look. Everything arrived well packaged and exactly as described.
