The Company Staff and Specially Mr. Thomas (Knowledgable and Technically Inclined on Products Sold At Sonic Electronics and Financially Inclined on Accounting and Warranty Department at Sonic Electronics). To Avoid Confusion and Arguments with the Staff at Sonic Electronics Please 🙏 be Advised to Have at Least an Idea or Knowledge on the Products for Technical Support and some of the Staff are Trained to take Orders Only. Request to Transfer to Another Staff that Actually have the Technical Expertise and Knowledge to Best Assist with the Problem and Product Questions. Great Staff Fair and Honest Company. (NO RIP OFFS!!!) 😌
