Will was honest and upfront about the entire process. When he inspected the home he was thorough and went above and beyond the standards. His attention to detail pointed out some details we were not aware of and were able to get fixed prior to closing. We also appreciate the Homebinder he had set up for us free of charge. This will come in very handy.
Very knowledgeable and professional. Will showed up on time and was courteous to the present tenant. He thoroughly inspected all areas of the house, even repeating an area when photos were not up to his specs. He then walked us through all areas explaining in detail and in understandable wording each finding. I would use Southern Charm again if I ever needed.
My husband and I now own four (about to be five) homes. And Will has inspected three of them! We won’t ever use anyone else, if we don’t have to. Will is not only PROFESSIONAL and well educated on his business, but a genuinely great human being overall, whom we absolutely consider a family friend!
