The installer arrived on time, was extremely polite and considerate. He was also respectful of my home and property and diligently cleaned the area after the installation. I was really impressed with the care the installer took in steaming both sides of my drapery so that it presented well in the home and as viewed from the exterior. My installer also took the time to ensure I knew how to operate the drapery pulls. I could not be happier with the outcome! I would strongly recommend Stoneside to family, friends and neighbors. I plan to order additional window treatments in the coming months. Thank you so much.
Great experience with Sarah and Jerry and Stoneside
We had Sarah N for consultations and Jerry for installation. Great experience; I would use them and Stoneside in general again! Sarah’s consultation was excellent; I had only one idea for what I might want, and she was able to quickly steer me toward some more interesting, more suitable options. She was very thoughtful and thorough, and even came up with full suggestions at different price points. The end results are fantastic and really elevate the feel of, in particular, our living room and bedroom. I’d definitely recommend Stoneside!
Jason was the designer and he helped me determine what type of coverings I needed on two large windows.
Oliver was my installers. Both men did an excellent job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and I was comfortable having them in my home.
Great customer service and beautiful quality blinds!
I am very happy with the customer service, and the blinds I purchased from Stoneside. Melanie was easy to chat with and knowledgeable about the blinds. She helped with choosing the color, and showing me photos of the blinds so I understood how they would fit my skylights. Jonathan was professional, attentive, and did a super job installing the blinds. He kindly took my old blinds away to dispose of so I wouldn't have to deal with them. All in all, everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Thank you!
We have been using Stoneside Blinds now for many years. Always great service from Amanda & Jon. Always helpful with decision making to the install. We'll continue to use in the coming years when in need of blinds.
Valuable consultation to determine the best choice for window treatment, quality product and easy installation process. I love my windows now! Thanks for everything!

We love our new shades!
We love our new shades! We appreciate the effort of James U., the designer, who took so much time to help select the right ones at our home, as well as the installer Dave, who measured and installed them with ease. Definitely consider working with this company!
AJ and Rafi showed up on time and did an excellent job switching out the window blinds that needed to be replaced. I especially appreciated how they cleaned their hands and wore gloves when touching the white blinds,

Shade repair
Rafiel came to our home to repair a shade. He was prompt, professional, and competent. He took his time to understand the problem, and then went about fixing it. He made certain that we were satisfied with his work before leaving and encouraged us to reach out if we had any other concerns. Top notch service!

A great experience from beginning to end!
Working with Lisa and Rusty of the San Diego staff was a five-star experience. Getting a consult appointment was so quick and easy. Lisa did a wonderful job at presenting options and suggestions. Rusty did a wonderful job measuring and installing. Both are consummate professionals. The entire experience was beyond satisfactory!
Alan arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up afterward. I love the solar shades and they will help to keep us cool this summer. They look great and are easy to operate.
