Great Personalized Service
Needed aircraft manuals, reference materials, & study guides for classroom segment of type rating training in a new jet. Called to verify items were in stock, and ability to ship same day with guaranteed overnight service. Quick response, and smooth order processing. Was flexible enough to add to that same order less than an hour later (mid-day), and still ship the entire order together - same day. Everything arrived as requested, and packaged well. Overall great experience. A+
