Communication was perfect but the stroller quality was poor. Would definitely recommend to retire that stroller from being used. It was dirty, very worn down, and felt like it was going to break in half when pushing the kids.

My stroller was delivered at the agreed time and location with a rain cover and a little surprise for our baby! My baby was able to sleep comfortably in the stroller at the Disney parks making our trip a lot easier. Would definitely recommend and rent again
Rented for the first time were on time for delivery. Price was good no extra charges for everything. Pram was clean and they left a little surprise in it for the kids. (A rubber duck each which the kids loved). Will use again next time.

This was the easiest, most convenient way to get a stroller for Disney! They dropped it off at our front door at the exact time they said they would, and picked it back up from our front door as well. The price is great the best around! I highly recommend this company. We will definitely use them again!

This company was prompt with delivery and return. It was also great that they pick up much later then other stroller rental services. Had an early flight the next day and they picked it up after I returned from the park.
StrollerCare has made the process of renting a stroller and getting extra accessories so easy. I got to pick the pick up and drop off time and they met me at my resort! We got to the resort earlier then planned, so they offered to bring it to us earlier. We rented the glider with our stroller, which came in handy! I would definitely recommend this company and use them on our next vacation!

Coordination of the pick up was smooth and fast. Stroller was spacious with additional room under the seats. A bit heavy but manageable. Would rent again!
Great communication. We received emails and text alerts. Stroller was clean. Came with rain cover and nice parent caddy. We also got the optional snack tray. That made a huge difference for our son. He could have his water close. Plus was great place to hook stroller fan. Bonus was they had it labeled with our name so it was easy to find in the crowd.
The stroller rental process was so smooth! They emailed us about an hour before they arrived and then texted us when they had arrived. The stroller was a perfect fit for our almost 4 year old. Having a drink console was great to hold our water bottles and fans. The stroller was incredibly easy to fold. Highly recommend renting from Stroller Care!
Excellent service and a great value for the money. We got our stroller to our hotel on time. And it really helped us to enjoy all the parks without the need to carry our daughter on our shoulders :) Highly recommended

My family and I had a wonderful experience with strollercare. They were very flexible with any changes we made to the order and when we had a flat tire, they made sure that a replacement stroller was promptly given to us. I wouldn’t have been able to do this vacation without them. I would 100% recommend and look forward to using them in the future.
