Great material and service, but sizes are Euro slim tailoring

Great material, great service, but total fail on suit sizing. I am not a "large person" and my BMI is normal. Unfortunately, they don't tell you that when you order "standard" sizes, the cuts are "European" or "Asian" slim sizing. I also confirmed this after the order was received by their customer service, which I would give five-stars. My advice if you are ordering a suit from them is to go with the custom, tailored size, not the standard sizing. I have ordered many suits online and this is the first time a 42R was way too small in the thigh area. The jacket fit, but had zero room for error or wearing anything ticker than a light shirt under it. If you have any muscles, it would be too tight. Very disappointed, and now I'm out a nice fitting suit and will be forced to find another, or spend more money buying a larger pair of pants, which may also be too tight. Expensive lesson learned..... always pay for custom tailoring when ordering outside the US as most suit makers use slim cuts.

When I made this purchase, I requested a certain size coat and pant. The team with studio suits reached out to me. They were concerned with the sizes I sent them and how they didn’t match up. They requested I measure myself and send them the results and they would custom my suit. I had never done anything like this before, so I was nervous when my suit arrived it wouldn’t fit. Well, when it did arrive and I tried it on, I was very pleasantly surprised. It was perfect! I highly recommend Studio suits. Going forward I will use them again.

Can’t beat custom made!

I took the measurements myself. They emailed me after I placed my order that the jacket length seemed too short. So I measured a jacket and sent updates measurements. Suit came out perfect! Love it. And very reasonable price for a custom made suit, no hemming required, 90% wool! Can’t beat it. Customer service attentive and helpful and good product. I’ve since ordered two more suits.

Highly recommend!

After ordering my suit online, I had some questions about the measurements. I emailed customer service and they responded politely, timely and were very helpful. The suit arrived less than 2 weeks after I ordered it which I thought was great for a custom fit suit. I highly recommend you take your own measurements and order the custom size! Mine fit like a glove, was of quality material and quality craftsmanship.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Ordered mine and my son’s suit for my wedding. Mine arrived needing little alterations and after measuring my son exactly the way they described, he couldn’t even put the pants or the jacket on. When I reached out they said they wouldn’t send a replacement (like they state in their policy) and after much back and forth there is no resolution and we are out over $300 for a non usable suit. Because theirs dragged on for a long time we had to go a different route for what he would wear in my wedding. I’ll never buy from them again and I’d urge you to reconsider if you’re reading this. Absolutely no customer support when they mess your expensive order up.
