I was concerned after reading the reviews that I wouldn’t receive my item. I purchased a teddy bear coat and read the reviews after. It only took about 3 weeks to arrive to Australia to my surprise. The quality of the coat is ok. Very warm but the zipper gets stuck. It doesn’t look as good of quality as the pictures but it’s still really nice.
This has to be the worst company ever!!
This has to be the worst company ever. I ordered a dress 3 months ago and have not received it nor will they communicate with me so I’m out my money. It’s a SCAM. Do not order from this website. They may show cute clothing but they are not delivering. Be sure and always check if these companies are out of China because if so most likely you’ll never get what you ordered or your money back!! DON’T order from Sunifty!!
I ordered 2 cardigans
I ordered 2 cardigans. The size was completely wrong. The quality is poor. The colour wasn't as shown. There is no way to get to paypal for a refund. Just a waste of hard earned money. They should be sued for false representation and fraud

This site is a scam!!- Do not order from there. I bought a dress in February 2020 and I am still waiting for it to be shipped in April 2020! Customer service doesn’t reply and the number they provided is not a working number!
Terrible communication and shipping problems
This online store has very many beautiful pieces of clothing. However, their tracking system is incredibly hard to understand. Their products take months to arrive. It is impossible to get a hold of them because they do not have a phone number to call. I have emailed them multiple times about their product and I have yet to be responded to.
