sent a return back that i was owed $$ for and only a credit was issued. NONE of which was my doing . Awful customer service when a person straight out lies to you. Its not like I haven't spends thousands of dollars with SB as well.

Hi Steve, We reviewed your account, and the only credit memo we see is from January 2026 for the return of a Vealite RF Wireless 0-10V Dimming Module, priced at $79.98. For the original purchase, you redeemed 28,800 reward points, which reduced the purchase price by $37.08. The remaining balance of $42.90 was charged to your credit card. When the return was processed, the refund was issued using the original payment method. This means the 28,800 reward points ($37.08 value) were credited back to your rewards account first, and the remaining $42.90 was refunded to your credit card. Because $37.08 of the purchase was paid with reward points—not your credit card—those funds were not eligible for a credit card refund. The reward points were restored to your rewards balance, and the portion paid by credit card was refunded accordingly. If you're referring to a different return or believe another transaction is missing, please let us know the order number or return details, and we'd be happy to review it further.
