I bought a perpetual subscription to SwifDoo PDF Pro through BitsduJour. I was unable to activate the program using the steps outlined in BitsduJour. I contacted SwifDoo regarding the problem two days ago and still have not seen a response. It is either a scam or they have extremely poor customer service once they get your money!!!!!
Hi Mark, Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Your email went to our spam folder for unknow reason. But the customer support team has already spotted your support ticket and replied to you. Please still feel free to contact us if you have any other questions. Best Regards!
SwifDoo is awesome. I had the other guys' but lost the license when I upgraded my computer. Did a lot of research on replacements. SwifDoo was the only one I could find that was not a subscription and it works perfectly. I had one issue and support handled it quickly. I am sold.

I signed up in January, created an account and now wanted to change my email address. CS does not understand what I want. They say I want to migrate my account (which I don't) and instead keep sending me a link to "register" my account when I have already registered. How can I get help changing my email?
Hi there, To migrate your current account to another one, you need to make sure that your latest email address has been logged in the website. And CS only asked you to register so that they can manually migrate your pro membership to the latest email. Make sure that you have logged in the website with your latest email address. Thanks!
Confusing about redemption code after paying for the pro version
Hi there, The system has already sent you the activation key and activation guidelines, but it seems like you never refer to that, and we have contacted you, you can just check out your inbox, and we hope that our assistance is handy for you. Thanks!
The software is of high standard, the functionalities is running neck to neck with Adobe Pro, just much cheaper subscription.

Great software. But the horrible nag screen at start annoying! "7th anniversary sale - win iphone 15" Please tell me how I can disable that!!!
Dear user, Sorry for any inconvenience caused. The anniversary promotion pop-up is only for the not-yet Pro users, and you can simply close it by clicking the close button. And the campaign will be ending in the next 2 weeks. Please feel free to contact the support team at [email protected] if you have any questions about the software. Best Regards! SwifDoo PDF
