Love this tooth brush
First time I used the brush I felt like I just had my teeth cleaned I had some issues but they are by far the best customer service I have dealt with in a long time that says a lot now days would highly recommend

The brush is good.
The brush is good. Have had the experience of cleaning unit coming unplugged while I was out of town with the brush still in the charging phase. For some reason it ruined the disinfecting/charing unit entirely. You graciously replaced it. Brush great, but your delivery outfit for replacement brushes are a bunch of lying lazy dogs. Get another one. “Speedy” I think it was called.
Great adult brush, slow shipping, so so kids’ version.
Pros: Customer service is excellent. I ordered three adult Tao toothbrushes and one child's. The child's brush was missing when the order arrived. I contacted customer service and they responded within the hour, asked a few questions, and escalated the case. Someone from the higher tier also got back to me within the hour. They shipped a replacement and threw in several bonus gifts to make up for the trouble. Genuinely impressed. The adult toothbrushes are excellent. They look great, work well, and leave your teeth feeling like you just left the dentist. I love them. Cons: Shipping took forever. I live in Hawaii, so I expect some delay, but four weeks per order is a lot even for us. Because of the missing child's brush, that order took eight weeks total. The child's toothbrush isn't just a mini version of the adult one, which is what I assumed going in. The base only runs a UV sanitizer, powered by AA batteries. It doesn't charge the brush. To charge it, you plug a cord into the end of the toothbrush each time, which is a lot to expect a young kid to remember. The charge does last a while, so it's not a daily hassle, but the adult version just sits in its holder and charges automatically. That's a better design and I wish the kids' version worked the same way. I also have two adult brushes side by side and their lights aren't quite consistent, one is noticeably brighter than the other. Not a big deal, just a little annoying. Overall I'm very happy with the adult brushes and have already recommended them to friends. One friend ordered right away and loves hers too. The kids' brush falls short in a few ways, but the brushing itself still works well. They feel a little intense the first time you use them. It takes a bit to get used to and figure out the best technique. I love the timer that pauses between each quadrant. It really helps you brush for the right amount of time in each area. Overall, I love the product and the customer service has been incredible.
CORD
One drawback is that it has to remain plugged in all the time. I wish it had a built-in rechargeable battery so it could be used without being connected to a power outlet. With today's technology, I expected it to have a charging system that would make it more portable and convenient. I purchased two of them, and now all I see are connecting wires around our small bathroom sink, which makes the space look cluttered.

Shipping was great and delivery was fast! Toothbrush does all that TAO advertises. On the first use I noticed the difference in how clean my teeth felt. Oh I don't know if it's me but I am noticing my teeth getting whiter and it's been approximately 2 weeks of using the TAO toothbrush.
Love the brush
Love the brush. After about a month the base was not lighting up or charging. I called customer service because I originally thought my base was defective but it turned out to be the cord. Sent me a new cord right away and so far all is great and working . Great product and great customer service .
Great Product
I received my order promptly and really liked the unique and beautiful packaging and design of the toothbrush. I also really liked all the extra gifts included in the package. Upon using the toothbrush for a few days I found I did not like the narrow head of the brush. I called the company and talked to Reed. He was so kind and willing to help me out. I was truly impressed! I love knowing I have a clean brush to use every day.
New base required.
When I received my order the toothbrush worked fine, but the charging and cleaning base did not work. I reported the issue and a replacement base was immediately sent. I appreciate the efficiency and speed in which the issue was addressed and rectified.

I like the soft colors a toothbrush works miracles. My teeth have never felt so clean. I also bought one for my granddaughter and she’s enjoying hers. Also, now all I have to do is order the subscription for the brushes and will be all set. Everyone should have one.

The TAO Clean brush works far better than I was expecting. My teeth and gums feel so clean after each use. I have only had it for several days, but I am completely satisfied with this product. Best electric toothbrush on the market!!

Love my TAO Clean Brushing
I have been using my TAO toothbrush for years. I love that I can trust that the bristles are sanitized after each use. Having the autoship feature for new bristle heads is an added level of conveniency and cleanliness. I also use a nightguard, so I have the battery operated sanitizer for my manual toothbrush that I use to clean my nightguard. I've recommended your products to family.

A better Method of Cleaning- Soft and Swift
So it’s only been about 5 days in full use. I absolutely appreciate the extensive cleaning. I see dentist Thursday. I have no cavities but a broken tooth. I’m meticulous about my teeth. But I sense TAO Clean is a better method …How shall I say, the vibration mechanism is soft but swift.

I kept seeing these ads on Instagram for TAO Clean and then I read the reviews and they were all glowing. I decided to order one and I'm so very happy that I did.
