I had received only 3 of 5 shirts I had ordered. I submitted my request and within a day the missing shirts were on the way. They're support is no hassle and makes the whole experience care free. They're great!
Poor fit, disappointing customer service
I ordered two t-shirts, in the women’s size. Neither fit - one was too big, the other was too small. Now I ordered dozens of shirts in the past for years for work and family reunions, and have never had a problem before. But this time it was a frustrating mess. Every time I’d reach out, a different person would respond. Did I order the correct size? Yes. Did I check the sizing chart? Yes. Did I measure the shirts to compare to the sizing chart? Sigh…yes. I sent photos and the measurements of my two shirts that clearly indicate that the shirts do not match the sizing chart for what I ordered. Then the response was that they do match. WTH, I just shared the measurements that clearly indicate that they do not match! I’m so disappointed, and ready to just toss the shirts and move on from this awful customer service!

Problem with Order Not Addressed
I ordered a mug. When I received it, the graphic was off-center. I took a photo and explained the issue. TeePublic said the mug looked fine and they would not replace it. This is not the customer service I am used to from TeePublic. But I will ever buy another mug from them. I gave them three stars because I also bought some shirts and they are ok. Otherwise, I would only have given one star.

I ordered 6 Sesame Street themed…
I ordered 6 Sesame Street themed t-shirts for the adults at our 2 year old grandsons birthday-they arrived quickly and looked fabulous! Super happy with the quality and the shipping.
Not what it used to be.....
I've purchased several "primium" tee's over the years and loved them. Recently the premium shirts have been switched to a different fabric makeup, and I didn't care for it. This go-round I tried the extra soft variety, and didn't care for these either. Unfortunately I already washed them in an attempt to see if I would like after cleaning, so no exchange.... Sadly, this was likey my last purchase.

Everything was great.The design's great.The shirt feels great.I'm very happy with everything and always have been with Teepublic. If I had to an area that you could work on is accurate shipping times I paid extra for expedited shipping hoping that it would arrive before my vacation But it took a couple of days to process before I got the notification.That it was going to be shipped.And by that point, we were already leaving. It's more of a my end thing than your end thing. But asking for expedited shipping, there should be some footnote that says it will be expedited to be shipped as soon as the seller.It creates a shirt or whatever.

I ordered a Mazda Miata tee for my husband’s birthday. I didn’t see the hole (the size of a pencil eraser) in the upper left chest ‘til he opened his gift. I was disappointed, but I contacted TeePublic the next day. They let me know pretty quickly that they’d contacted the seller and within a few days we received another shirt in mint condition and didn’t require me to return the defective shirt. Appreciate that they resolved the issue quickly and smoothly. Thanks!
Shipping Error
The package was delivered very fast. However, this was a gift that I ordered for a friend in another state. I put in his address in the shipping details and mine for the billing address. But the package came to me instead. Part of this is on me for not checking on it again after placing the order, but after $10 for shipping, I have to pay even more to actually get it to my friend. Hope he likes the items when they do arrive!

My order was easy to place and the tee shirts look absolutely amazing! Vibrant colors and the prices were reasonable. Will order from this company again. The artists did an amazing job! Great quality, too. Nice and heavy tees.
Quality Service, product and Delivery!
The customer service is great. I had just ordered 7 new shirts and they were some ink flaws on some of them. TeePublic honored their satisfaction guarenteed and replaced them. As for quality, a shirt I bought over a year ago has been through a bunch of washes and is holding up great. Versus a shirt from the NBA store is cracking after one wash. Highly recommend.

I have ordered many times from tee public . Quality of material is great. I like that you can choose from basic tee material or super soft washed premium . Shipping is fast too ! Love all the different themes and tv show graphics .

Finally a tee shirt company that gets it! Most of the tee shirts that I see these days are made from cheap, thin material and are cut too small. Tee Public's shirts are different. The material is of high quality. They're sized generously. There is a wide variety of shirt types to choose from and a large selection of colors. Overall I'm very happy with the purchases that I have made and will continue to be a loyal customer.
