My favorite of the 4 meal services I've tried

I have tried 3 other meal services but this is my favorite. I like how easy it is to customize each weekly order, I really like that it uses ALOT less packaging than the other services due to the returnable cooler, and I love that ingredients are pre-chopped as it saves me a lot of prep time. Yummy food too!

Customer Service great. Meals subpar

Customer Service, packaging and convenience are top notch. However, I've been less than impressed with the recipes. They have been bland and not meals that I would consider for repeats.

Life saver following surgery

I had shoulder surgery and will be in a sling for months. Terra’s kitchen meals are easy to prepare and very tasty. I appreciate that the ingredients are already chopped and well labeled. The “time to prepare” had been accurate. We like the “vessel” - no big boxes to recycle.

Two out of my first 4 deliveries were…

Two out of my first 4 deliveries were late, missed.

They just canceled my order!

First delivery was pretty good, so I was very excited for the second week delivery. However it was just canceled due to weather. Wished that they attempt to reschedule or accommodate my need. I guess it is not very flexible when it comes to date of delivery, and they just cancel orders... That part I was not happy because I plan ahead to order things, and I was counting on the delivery...

The food is very good

The food is very good. I wish there was more turnover on the menu. Though its a large menu, once you've had 6 to 8 of the main courses, you've probably tried what you are open to eating and I don't want to repeat those in a two month or more span. But truly, the food is delicious, easy to make and I love the re-use factor.

Food came as expected

Food came as expected. Meals are easy to make and delicious. Easy to return the shipping box. I would recommend.

The food was great

The food was great, deliver was great. I needed to cancel my subscription which i canceled on website. and then next week I got another order. I though okay it was just the first week after cancelling but now it's been 5 weeks and I get an email every Monday thanking me for my order. and every Monday i send and email about canceling today was the worst I got a response telling me to check my junk folder about notification. Which every where else it say i'm canceled and i'm not getting those email.

Meals are good

Meals are good. However the lettuce in the Salads often arrive brown or near enough, so unappetizing. Sprinach salads usually good.

Only had a few meals from them and so very I'm enjoying. Will continue to order from Terra's Kitchen. Customer Service is outstanding.

Healthy choices

Healthy choices, no leaky packaging unlike competitors, very nice recyclable delivery box, and, last but certainly not least, delicious, easy to make recipes. The recipes really only take the amount of time the card says, everything is pre-chopped, which is Awesome, and the recipes are very clear and easy to follow. We are so glad we found Terra’s Kitchen!!!

Here's Why Terra's Kitchen Beats the Competition:

I am a few weeks into Terra's Kitchen after trying two other meal delivery companies and drowning in their packaging. Shame on all the those other companies out there who haven't adopted similar packaging/delivery/retrieval systems and burdening their customers with cardboard boxes to recycle and local landfills with their ice packs and insulation. With Terra's Kitchen, all I am left to recycle is #1 plastic containers. The cooler is picked up from my doorstep the next day. Terra's Kitchen also preps/chops the ingredients so all I have to do is combine and cook. Dinner is served 30 min later. That was just the prep time the other companies recipes required! I am happy to pay extra for Terra's prep and thoughtfully designed re-usable cooler and blue ice bricks. Bravo Terra's Kitchen!!!

I just adore Terra's Kitchen!! We have been enjoying your service for well over a year and I can't imagine life without you. With 2 little kids, these healthy meals make everyone happy and they are so easy to make. My husband and I both love how easy it is to grab one of your salads and run out the door to work in the morning. I also love that you keep it creative and change up your menu. Terra's Kitchen Vessel Scratched My Kitchen Counter Tops

I have filed a complaint with the BBB on August 2, 2018 and they have been contacted multiple times by the BBB but have not responded. The case is currently still open, however, as I don't see they are looking to resolve this I feel it is important that I share this with others. This complaint was filed on June 22, 2018 with the customer service department. Dear Terra's Kitchen Customer Service, I am a new customer to Terra's Kitchen and received my first box yesterday 06/21/2018. After bringing the vessel in onto my kitchen counter, removing the contents and placing the vessel outside. My husband and I noticed a few hours later that the bottom of the box itself had scratched my granite counter top. We went back outside to look at the bottom of the box and because of it's constant use and how the refrigerator box is put together the cardboard had worn away to show these metal pieces that were specifically placed there to hold the box together that was responsible for scratching my counter. I have attached pictures for your reference. We also have an HD in home security camera that shows the entire day and how the vessel was brought into the house, removed from the house, following with us realizing our counters were now scratched that shows we did nothing but bring the vessel in it sat on the counter. I will also provide that video as well but it is 6 GB and cannot be sent via email. I am in absolute shock and cannot believe this has happened, but I do expect compensation to fix my counter tops because the vessel itself is responsible for destroying my counter tops when we did nothing but exactly what every youtube video and Terra's Kitchen video shows on how to handle the vessel itself. Please call or email me at your earliest convenience to rectify this matter. Additionally, I did call the customer service number on the box as well yesterday but have received no response. I have attached the photos below for your review and as stated can also provide the full day's video evidence. Regards After placing that email to Terra's Kitchen I received a follow up email that my information has been forwarded along to their management team. A week later I received a call from Megan Pollard, the Director of Partner Relations that she would work to get this fixed. I since have emailed her multiple times for a course of action and follow up but have not heard from her since. My expensive counter tops are still scratched because of Terra's Kitchen.
