I number of years ago I bought a Fluke temperature meter which came with carrying case, probe, and hanger set. My recently purchased RMS volt meter didn't include the carry case which I missed when buying the meter. I would suggest including the soft carry case in future listings. I don't think people who purchase Fluke products are looking for cheap equipment or the lowest cost.
Two issues, One the temperature functions only in Hi range. Low or non Hi is internal unit temperature. The tracking temperature change is slow as compared to other devices. The product description included for the Model DM-1150B stated it could interface with PC. The reality is the software will not install on Windows 7 so the data logging function is lost.
Paid for new equipment item. Received equipment in opened packaging apparently re-sealed with scotch tape. Working on return/refund. Update 11/10. Free return was provided and a prompt full credit was issued. Would buy from this vendor again. Was a fulfillment error and training opportunity.
The issue has been resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
