The one out just one hour when I was first introduced to this gaming platform everything was great I got instant Cash out special offers for redemption customer service is always responded in a timely manner and regardless of what my payout amount was once I reached the $100 minimum it never took a long time to get paid which is awesome only issue I have is with the new login bonus and the win streak counter the company says it's random the amount you get but I've been able to keep track for the last 3 months and the login bonuses have been consistently the same going up in 30 cent increments now with these big boxes and consecutive login every 10-day bonus boxes is been difficult because the money in the big boxes never adds up I wish they went back to the old 7-Day login bonus it start over now that the counter keep going it's not rewarding for instance 79 days straight of login I get to the 40 day consecutive login box and it only had a $1.80 in it for 40 straight days of playing my bonus was a $1.80 the same as my 2-day bonus $1.80 really

The WinZone?? I spent $9.99 to today....won a $100....started the redemption..went through KYC verification then it wants to send an SMS code but I never get it! Over 7 hours later.....and now when I try to login...its at rge SMS screen. If I dismiss it im logged back out. Shady to say the least and support? Nonexistent. Chat is useless. The SCAM Zone is more like it. Ive done I was supposed to do and they've done nothing to help me....except ignore me. I'm beyond frustrated!

Hello Tony,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are aware of players who are unable to log in, due to finding a second unverified account. This is interfering with our MFA process, and rendering players unable to log in to their original accounts. Due to this, we have had each support ticket that is experiencing this escalated to a team that is dedicated to getting these issues resolved. I see your support ticket is in the process of being escalated, so I would keep an eye out for a response to your support ticket. We understand that this situation is frustrating, but please know that we are committed to getting this issue resolved. Please keep an eye on your support ticket for updates.
Thank you,
The Win Zone Team
So far so good I really enjoy playing your platform WINZONE I just got a really good hit playing a game by Hacksaw the game provider . It was enough to get my first redemption started. I like how they’re still adding new games everyday. Once I receive my redemption I’ll come back and update you guys on how long it takes to receive my redemption through debit card.
