It was the best deal I could find, but then I was quoted a price and when I went to go pay it was another price. I thought the tickets had just gone up somehow. But it turns out that somewhere between my choice of tickets and checking out apparently insurance was added to my cart. It was not clear to me that I chose that... very sneaky. I didn't want insurance - so I paid an extra 48 dollars that I did not intend to pay. Purposefully sneaky... check your final cost.
Thank you for your feedback. For clarification the insurance is not automatically added to your purchase. The insurance companies are simply third-party partners; we do not charge you for the insurance. You may reach out to them directly and discuss cancelling the insurance. Please give Allianz Assistance a call at 1-866-884-3556.
We’re delighted to hear you had a great experience! Thank you for choosing us. We look forward to welcoming you back and continuing to provide excellent service.
Thank you for your review and choosing us for your ticket purchase. We hope you have a great time at the event!
Price gougers! I accidentally bought tickets through your website to the 2026 Boston boat show and paid ridiculously more than I would have had I just bought them there. (my bad on not paying closer attention.) I won’t make that mistake again.
Thank you for your time and for leaving this review. As as secondary marketplace the prices may be above the face value. But we can confirm that our agents did their best to address you concerns regarding the prices and helped you out as much as they can. We hope you enjoyed the event
I purchased tickets for a show and received an email that they had been sent to my email address, but it's been over a month and no tickets. I've sent multiple emails to their listed customer support email and have never received a response. Sharing here because the high rating on this company doesn't reflect how terrible their (absence of) customer service truly is. Best to find another source of tickets. Update - after posting this review, the customer service responded to my email and I now have tickets. Adjusting rating accordingly.
Thank you for your time and leaving this feedback. I can confirm that all the emails you sent have been replied by our agents. And we've also provided the instructions about how to access your tickets and our contact information. You may reach out to us if you need further assistance
Thank you for your purchase. We are glad you were able to benefit from our deals. We hope the event was an amazing time.
THEY ARE LIARS!!!!! ZERO!!!!!! This company allowed someone to purchase tickets while using my personal information. I reached out to the company explained the situation and they pretty much said sorry you’re out of luck. Horrible customer service run far away!!!!!
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for this experience. But our teams have reviewed this order and they couldn't find any fraudulent activity. As a secondary marketplace we have all sales are final policy.
Anxious to find last minutes tickets for the Jake Paul and Joshua fight while in town. Find ticket liquidator online. They even offer a discount and the process to retrieve tickets was immediate and seamless.

Admittedly, these Tickets were erroneously Purchased - albeit for the WRONG Venue/City. (Over SIX Hours Away!) Immediately after I was notified of 'my' error, I contacted Ticket Liquidator, then again, and then again - to request an Exchange. (for the 'correct' Venue/City - just over an Hour Away) But, NOPE - 'All Sales Are Final' - Too Bad/Tough S#!t.
