I ordered a fuel pump & filter after pulling codes n discussing them with a rep. Pump photo shows an assembly with fuel filter attached, upon arrival it didn't have one! I called parts and Steve agreed that it should have matched the photo. He is sending me one free of charge! I'm giving five stars because I know things happen, its how their resolved that matters most! Excellent service Steve, thank you!

I received a quick response to a general inquiry. All my questions were answered and a future appointment scheduled. My friends and I have dealt with this company previously and we all agree that they are absolutely top shelf. Rarely will you deal with a company like Transfer Flow. I could have the tank installed in Bend Oregon but the 12 hour round trip and overnight hotel stay is totally worth it just to deal with the awesome Home Team!

Awesome customer service !
I called Ben Rico asking about a TFS on my recently purchased used 2002 F550 truck. Neither the original owner nor myself new anything about the existing TFS UFS on the truck. Ben identified the 20 year old system and provided diagnostic and service info that I desperately needed. Ben and TFS went above and beyond any expectations making certain I will return to TFS for any future products or service.

The installation is quite involved on these newer pickups so I’m glad I had Transfer flow install the tank. Steven was thorough in explaining everything and that is valuable. The operation of this fuel system is fully automated as well. I have not yet checked the wiring and plumbing under the truck but I’m confident it is top notch. I was impressed with the company and employees the minute I arrived an hour early.
