When I contacted them about a delivery I received that was broken they immediately sent the order again via two day air. The service was fast and the product was good. The only negative thing is that I think their vials should be packed in a cardboard box 1st. It was sent via UPS and was obviously smashed by something heavy. The little box might’ve helped protected a bit better. Other than that, they were wonderfully responsive and pleasant to work with.
You guys were great. I placed an order were I have to buy multiple of something and I loved how you sent me and email to make sure it was right before you did anything. (Because sometimes mistakes happen) but I thought that was great of you all to check before you went through with sending it out. I got everything fast and will continue to ship with you all!
